Lorenzo Roversi is a strategic executive and growth leader with deep expertise in scaling technology-driven businesses, advancing frontier technologies, and guiding multinational organisations through phases of accelerated expansion. Today he leads IonQ’s Northern European operations, where he has architected the company’s regional strategy, established IonQ Sweden AB and IonQ UK, and secured transformative multi-year commercial agreements across sectors. Lorenzo brings over 15 years of international leadership experience across Europe, Asia, and the UK, having held senior commercial and corporate development roles at IBM and stewarded strategic advisory and venture initiatives through Blue Zebra. His background spans digital transformation, deep-tech commercialisation, and cross-sector innovation partnerships. He has driven sustained revenue growth, introduced novel financial instruments for impact-focused ventures, and forged long-term partnerships with leading life sciences organisations in the DACH and Nordic regions. In addition to his executive work, Roversi serves on the board of Einride, contributing to strategic development, client and government engagement, and financing activities for one of Europe’s most prominent autonomous and electrified logistics innovators. His career is defined by a blend of commercial acuity, board-level perspective, and a strong track record of building high-performance organisations in emerging technology fields.
